We want to assist you to export more, more quickly and make more profit than would otherwise be the case. This Workshop & mentoring based programme will provide you with the skills and knowledge to improve your export capabilities and to grow outside of Ireland. Lean is about being effective and efficient - doing things quicker, better, cheaper…together. Lean strives to stamp out waste and to continually improve. The Lean for Micro Business Programme, will enable participants to develop the knowledge and skills to enable them undertake small lean projects resulting in continuous cost reduction improvements in their businesses. The programme will help to:
- Identify issues and potential improvement areas
- Provide support to implement
- Achieve savings and improvements in capability and capacity to deliver
